Seeking a construction hand to join our team at the construction site. There are 11 slots open for this particular position.
Responsibilities:
Perform physical labor tasks at construction sites, operating hand and power tools like air hammers and cement mixers.
Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set up scaffolding, and maintain a safe environment by identifying and eliminating hazards.
Assist in loading, unloading, and distributing building materials according to project plans.
Aid craft workers such as carpenters and plasterers, following instructions diligently.
Read plans and instructions to determine work activities and layout construction areas.
Install structures and fixtures using carpenters' tools and maintain detailed work activity records.
Qualifications:
Ability to read blueprints and follow safety standards.
No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training provided.
Capability to perform physical tasks and work well in a team environment.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
