Small, friendly Immigration law firm in Dearborn, Michigan is looking for an Associate Attorney. We handle deportation defense, family-based petitions, and petitions for other immigration benefits. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills and the ability to manage several assignments at once.
Our new attorneys responsibilities will include appearances at USCIS, Immigration Court, and at the asylum office, as well as brief writing, the preparation of immigration petitions, and the drafting of motions. In addition, candidates must be able to supervise support staff members, conduct client consultations and meetings, and develop marketing techniques to attract, maintain, and create new business.
To that end, we are seeking to welcome a dynamic, independently motivated and ambitious team member to help innovate the immigration field and help build our firm to its full potential. We are expanding and developing our immigration firm and are looking for an ambitious attorney to join our team! Theres plenty of growth opportunity with us!

Minimum Requirements:
-Licensed to practice law in any state
-No experience in immigration law required (We are very willing to teach you)
-Reliable Transportation
-Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred but not required.
