POSITION DESCRIPTION

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Software Engineer You will work on a balanced product team to define, design, develop and deploy Marketing Cloud products and solutions for Credit Retail customers. This will also include participating in establishing product strategy and working on and with the Salesforce development team to implement those strategies while adhering to Agile XP and PDO practices. Additionally, you will conduct proof-of-concepts to prove out and support new features.

Position duties include:
  • Contributing to product strategy
  • Understand, participate, and help drive the Agile processes. These include iteration planning/reviews/demo/stand-ups
  • Contribute to release plans
  • Ensure features are ready and prioritized for upcoming releases
  • Foster alignment with governance and architecture teams to enable effective and efficient collaboration Position Expectations:
  • Deliver valuable working tested quality software and released at market speed.
  • Collaborate directly and continuously with product managers and product owners to prioritize deliverables geared towards a business and user value driven approach with continuous improvement and innovative mindset.
  • Participate in highly collaborative Full Stack eXtreme Programming (XP) • Pair Programming
  • Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • Engage in Agile practices including but not limited to Stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos and journey mapping.

Required Skills / Experience
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Content Builder - Audience Builder - Journey Builder.- Email Studio + Email Marketing Best Practices - Advertising Studio
  • Experience with both transactional and commercial journeys and emails.
  • Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud.
  • Experienced on managing Marketing Cloud projects

Education RequiredBachelor's Degree or work experience equivalent

Education PreferredSalesForce Certifications:
  • Marketing Cloud Consultant
  • Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
  • Marketing Cloud Administrator
  • Certified Marketer
