We are seeking a full-time Install Coordinator to oversee installation projects and manage scheduling for our field installers.
Role Overview
The Install Coordinator ensures projects run smoothly from start to finish. This includes delivering excellent client service, supporting and motivating the field team, and maintaining clear communication at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Manage installation projects in collaboration with clients and field teams
Schedule installation work and coordinate availability with clients and installers
Support logistics planning for all projects
Help resolve client issues and challenges as they arise
Provide daily progress updates to clients for each active project
Motivate and communicate with the field team through calls, texts, and emails
Arrange and communicate all travel plans, including hotels, rental vehicles, and flights, while balancing budget, client needs, and traveler preferences

Customer service experience
