Responsibilities:
Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time
Ensure compliance with state and federal payroll regulations
Maintain payroll records and prepare payroll reports
Address payroll inquiries from clients and employees
Stay up to date on payroll tax laws and deductions
Collaborate with the accounting team for accurate financial reporting
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Payroll Processor or in a similar role
Experience in direct deposit and manual check printing
Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and compliance
Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Strong communication and client service skills
