We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Commercial Real Estate Agents specializing in Commercial Properties to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional multi-income stream, commission-based opportunity for individuals with a passion for real estate, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in commercial property sales. At W.R Commercial Real Estate Services . you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate real estate transactions and achieve their goals. Working the sell side from in-house leads from W.R Commercial Real Estate Services ., client lists and unique marketing campaigns, these property owners are highly motivated to sell their highly appreciated property as they have either gone through or about to go through our capital gains tax mitigation service at W.R Commercial Real Estate Services . These may be a 1031 or non-1031 strategies working within their life dynamic that motivates them to sell. Responsibilities:

- Work in-house generated deals wherein the clients are ready, willing, and able to sell. On the sell side, property values are typically in the $3M to $35M range.

- Conduct thorough market analysis, including property values, market trends, and demographics, to provide accurate and insightful advice to clients.

- Actively prospect and generate leads while working in-house deals.

- Guide clients through the entire commercial property sale process.

- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.

- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and relevant legal requirements.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent. Proven track record of successfully closing commercial real estate deals

- Strong on negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent research and analytical abilities, with the ability to interpret market data and provide strategic advice.

- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

- Proficient in using CRM software, online listing platforms, and other relevant real estate tools.

- Current, active and in good standing real estate license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
