Technician
As an experienced team member.
have at least 2 years of experience in the low voltage business (residential and/or commercial);
have a solid understanding of audio, video, network, lighting control, shade control, surveillance and security operations as stand-alone and integrated systems;
read prints, location schedules and other project documentation;
possess a general understanding of current technology control systems, knowledge of Control4 is a plus;
install and set-up current technology - networking devices and A/V equipment, etc.;
troubleshoot issues, take-on challenges and provide pro-active solutions;
organize and prepare low voltage wires/cables at term;
communicate with product manufacturer technical support teams via phone and email; and
manage projects, tasks and other low voltage field activities.
