THE OPPORTUNITY
Traveling to Rochester, Madison Heights, Lake Orion and Novi to cover the Auto Repair Shop Managers days off or to assistant with the Shop Manager on busy days. 5 days a week. 6 days may be needed from time to time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through the direction of shop staff in the performance of quality vehicle repair and maintenance services
Analyze vehicle service needs
Effectively communicate those needs to the customer
Help maintain a clean shop

Qualifications:
Prior experience leading, motivating and counseling employees on issues such as safety, quality and policy and procedure administration/implementation
Demonstrated history improving facility sales while also retaining customers loyal to the shop
Experience implementing policies and procedures in the areas of financial control, safety, human resources, and environmental compliance.
Will train the right person.
Work week will 40 - 50 hours.
Compensation will be hourly plus a weekly gas allowance and bonus on your sales.
