We are looking for licensed and insured builders to recommend to our client with contactable references & past project pictures for a finished basement project.
We have a finished basement project available and note your contract is direct with the homeowner & your contract is not signed by you until you do a final project walkthrough with the homeowner and your approval.
The below project info links must be approved before we will proceed to recommendation stage to recommend you to our clients finished basements projects.

Please note that all materials and permits (+$300.00 for travel applying & inspections) are paid for by the homeowner. All materials are delivered to the site as you schedule them including your preferred items fastener types, saw blades, roller covers etc (see attached materials list for this project).
We are hired by homeowners to consult, design, project cost, manage the builder and vendors for their finished basement project. One of our responsibilities is to research and find licensed and insured builders to recommend to the homeowner for their finished basement.

Please note if you are accepted as one of our recommended builders your contract will be direct with the homeowner and you will get paid directly by the homeowner per your project contract.
Also, we do all drawing designs, vendor management, project costing, project builder and vendor management, contracts, marketing & bringing in the projects is done by us.
Please note will no longer have to do any more drawing designs, vendor management, project costing, project builder and vendor management, contracts and marketing $. You will be home at night with your family & friends no more late night estimates or contract signings ever again.
The only thing you will have to do is show up, complete the project, pick up your company contracted draw payments from the homeowner, get on our reference list & decide what to do with the additional time & income.
If project costing labor is accepted we will then proceed to the next step which is contacting references, reviewing pictures of your past work & confirming your builder's license info and insurance.
Then if that goes well we will send you the project along with our forms that we will need to be filled out to recommend you to our clients.
