We're seeking an Apartment General Helper professional to join our team!

The General Helper Professional can earn an hourly rate of $9.00 - $10.00 per hour, based on skill and previous experience. Our General Helper professionals also have the potential to earn a quarterly bonus of up to $300.00.

Position Requirements:

-Ability to prepare a vacant apartment, such as cleaning and minor maintenance as well as assist with daily grounds and delivering mail to residents apartments when needed.

- Complete various projects throughout the apartment community.

-Must provide basic hand tools, reliable transportation, and a valid Driver's License.

-Ability to assist with snow removal during and after normal work hours.

-Have an eye for detail to ensure each apartment is presentable for new residents.

The Maintenance Professional can earn an hourly rate of $12.00 - $16.00 per hour, based on certification, skill and previous experience. Our Maintenance professionals also have the potential to earn a quarterly bonus of up to $500.00.

Position Requirements:

-Ability to perform all aspects of apartment maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and painting.

-Will be willing and able to perform on-call service requests.

-Possess EPA Certification Type II or Universal-Preferred.

-Must provide own hand tools, reliable transportation, and a valid Driver's License.

-Ability to assist with snow removal during and after normal work hours.
