We are looking for someone to perform Maintenance for our apartment complex in Detroit (near Redford/Southfield border) . You will also rehab vacant units to ready them for leasing.
Work required will include the following:
Demo/Trash-out
Plumbing (P-traps, toilets, etc.)
Electrical (hanging lights, replacing fixtures, changing sockets)
Drywall patching & finishing
Painting
Ceramic Tile
Detailed finishing work (mini-blinds, caulking,hanging doors, etc.)
You must have your own vehicle and tools.
