I recently started my own painting company last year. My goal is to be unique to the field due to customer service (going above and beyond), professionalism, worker appearance and attitude. I am looking for an "on call" and "clean cut" semi-experienced painter who can be trusted to get the job done very well, while working by themselves most of the time.
A positive attitude is the most important thing to me, next to quality of work, it makes all the difference. If you are "just doing a job" don't reply to this posting. Responsiblities:
> set up and prep
> sanding
> painting
> caulking
> drywall repair
> drywall install
> plaster repair
> clean up
> communication with homeowners during job
> notice of details to improve job quality
> able to work everyday until job is complete (including Saturdays / Sundays if needed)
> most importantly, actually care about your field and making the job look good
Requirements :
> 6 years experience
> own tools
> own work vehicle with ladder racks
> willing to travel up to 1 hour radius
> non-smoker
> professional appearance/attire (whites are not required)
plain clothes preferred (with minimal paint coverage)
Part Time, sometimes Full Time - depending on weekly job flow
