Please note: these jobs ARE NOT for anyone unskilled and don't have all the tools to start and finish. Most work is in the suburbs and sometimes have to make a paint run. You got to have transportation. All I want to do is give out an 7-8 hour assignment and have it done correctly.
Got an exterior in Royal Oak. Need a 24 ladder for that. Pays $250 if you got a sprayer. $200 if you have to use mine.
Got a whole house in and out in Lake Orion
Starting Monday an interior on Orchard Lake, one house just painting and another with 2 rooms of taping & mudding new drywall.
Again, we give out 7-8 hour assignments for what a pro can do in a reasonable amount of time. Most job starts between 8 or 9 am.
