Tier 1 and 2 Suppliers are growing and hiring Maintenance Technicians, Process Technicians, and Tooling Technicians for their facilities located in Macomb Township, Michigan! Maintenance Technician responsibilities and requirements:
Troubleshooting and repairing of hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical issues and needs throughout the facility
Performing proper preventative maintenance checks on plcs, motors, pumps, wiring systems, conveyors and dies
5+ years of related experience is preferred
Experience with all aspects of building/construction projects
Tooling Technician responsibilities and requirements:
Converting metal and aluminum castings into prototype tools
Repair fixtures used for plastic components
Experience running manual tool room equipment
3 years of related experience preferred
Strong problem-solving skills required
Molding Process Technician responsibilities and requirements:
Performing the startup/shutdown of assigned injection molding presses and all other related equipment according to procedure and production schedule
Troubleshooting injection molding machine issues, secondary fixture issues and processing or tool issues
5 to 7 years of related experience
Experience in mold setting and all auxiliary equipment
Capable of producing a quality molded part through process changes, also ability to program robots, given the proper training
Assembly Process Technician responsibilities and requirements:
Providing technical support and troubleshooting for assembly equipment
Reading mechanical drawings and electronic schematics to ensure product specification and tolerances are met
Disciplines relative to automotive interiors, injection molding, headliner, thermal forming, assembly, pressure sensitive bonding, wrapping and sewing is beneficial
Door, instrument panel, center console, garnish trim, lighting, sewing, overhead console assembly equipment knowledge is also a plus
COMPENSATION, SHIFT AND BENEFITS OFFERED:
Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.00/hr. depending on experience and qualifications
Shifts:
o 1st Shift: 6:00am to 4:00pm Monday thru Saturday
o 2nd Shift: 4:00pm to 2:00 am Monday thru Saturday
o 3rd Shift: 11pm to 7:30am Monday thru Friday
