About the JobWe are currently looking for a Hadoop Administrator. We will consider relocation for candidates with exceptional skills.

Skill Requirements:

Good experience administering Data Lake infrastructure.
Cloudera/HortonWorks certified admin is a bonus.
Experience in understanding Hadoop Architecture specifically HortonWorks\Cloudera HDP.
Must have adequate knowledge of the Linux operating system and shell scripting.
Experience with support tickets/troubleshooting is mandatory.
Support, manage, install, upgrade and monitor the health of Cloudera/HortonWorks HDP Cluster.
Manage processes to load and provide data with various systems such as WhereScape Red (ETL Automation tool), Microsoft SQL Server, DB2, and other data sources.
