We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the OBD and Functional Safety Calibration Team within Service House (part of PS-EC) North America.Responsibilities:Calibrating parameters with respect to the On-Board Diagnostic system to be capable of detecting malfunctions of the monitored systemOptimization according to engineering targets regarding monitoring strategies, performance/robustness of the diagnostic functionsDefinition of engine/e-machine and vehicle tests needed to reach customer performance and regulatory requirementsEvaluation and presentation of diagnostic related powertrain, engine/e-machine, and vehicle test resultsSupport of customer and engineers from other departments in diagnostic related topicsMust be willing and able to travel up to 12 weeks per year (domestic as well as international)Technology Domains:Diesel, Gasoline, Hybrid, Electric, and/or Fuel Cell VehiclesWe are looking for individuals with the following skills to join our team!A passion to work in the automotive industry which consists of a global development teamData analysis, communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to foster teamwork and drive resolution of issues (i.e. problem solving)
