- Managing project activities involving remote Business Operations; Collaboration with supporting organizations: Office of General Counsel, Procurement, Controlling, IT, Accounting, Vendor and Supplier management, Contract Management, Coordination of plans and related project activities.
- Conflict resolution. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Development of presentations.
- Working with MS Tools: PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, mail and scheduling tools.
- Project planning and timeline management. Managing multi-million-dollar supplier related projects.
- Minimum 5+ Years’ Experience Required
- PMP Certification Required
- Proven expertise in large scale (enterprise) Project Management utilizing industry recognized PM methods and tools, such as the PMBOK from the PMI.
- Proven Skills: Team and personnel leadership; Lead team of PM and Management professionals on large scale, enterprise-wide projects.
- Experience in managing large scale, highly complex, long-term projects recently o Project management methodology based on the PMBOK 9 knowledge areas
- MS Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project o Project Management tool - Clarity
- Cost estimation techniques and business case preparation
- Financial services/captive auto finance industry experience o Strong understanding of System Development LifeCycle (SDLC) & IT application development process
