Job Description
Sell Bosch’s automotive product portfolio (all product lines including fuel injection systems, electrical drives, chassis control, and more) to new and existing Off-Highway OEM customers, both in the OE and OES channels.
- Cross-functional and cross-divisional coordination with regard to strategy, market development, requirements management in key growth areas.
- Strategic and operational account management for existing and new customers (i.e. price / contract negotiations, product lifecycle management, KPI tracking).
- Identify and act upon new growth opportunities with new and existing customers/markets, specifically in the Construction and Agriculture segments.
- Development, implementation and tracking of a strategic roadmap for new customer acquisitions.
- Deriving market requirements for product management and jointly developing required product roadmap to grow business with key customers.
- Actively participate in a global sales team in order to align activities and conditions for global OEM customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related area (Sales, Marketing, Engineering)
- 5+ years of experience managing large Off-Highwayor Automotive OEM's, including sales, marketing or engineering experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with executive level internal and external audiences
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Technical competence to drive high level product related discussions with customers
- Independent and flexible in dealing with new tasks and initiatives
- Ability to solve complex problems independently
- Must be eligible to work in the US without VISA sponsorship. Not eligible for VA/VN assignment.
