Join our team as a Fleet Mechanic, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our fleet of equipment and vehicles. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, cleaning, and documenting each unit that comes into our Service Garage. We pride ourselves on our fast-paced, dynamic work environment and our commitment to excellence in service.ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance and repair on CAT Equipment and Ford Trucks.Conduct snow plow/salter maintenance and repair.Ensure all assigned units are repaired correctly, safely, and efficiently.Accurately document all work performed on each unit.Perform basic automotive repairs such as oil changes, brake checks, and hose/belt replacements.Clean repaired units before moving them to the outbound area for pick up.Weld as required.Adapt to a fast-paced work environment.Physical requirements include walking, standing, bending, and squatting throughout the shift, and lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently.QualificationsMust have Valid Drivers license (CDLA preferred)Experience in General Automotive Repair.Experience in Welding.Experience in maintenance and repair of CAT Equipment and Ford Trucks.Experience in snow plow/salter maintenance and repair.Ability to perform basic automotive repairs.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Benefits401(k) with matchingHealth insuranceHealth savings accountJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule which can include overnights and weekends.
