POWER HOME SOLAR is an American company using American made products, headquartered in Mooresville, North Carolina that specializes in solar energy, roofing, and energy-saving services. Growing rapidly with over 1400+ employees we have branched outside of North Carolina and currently operate in South Carolina, Virginia, Florida, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Missouri, Illinois, and Tennessee.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
With more and more customers signing up for solar we need installers that are looking to build a career in a company that offers growth opportunities and rewards to their employees. Whether you have little or a lot of experience we will train you and help you grow to your fullest potential.
Installers must be comfortable being on rooftops, climbing ladders carrying up to 50 lbs, being in small crawl spaces such as attics, and most of all have a positive attitude.
If you possess strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills this is your opportunity to get in at the ground floor of a new business and a rapidly growing solar market.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
· Paid Training
· Overnight trips (room/meal provided)
· Advancement Opportunities
· Compensation $13-$20 hourly DOE, plus bonus potential
· Full-time/year-round work available (Work through most weather conditions)
