Job SummaryThe Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data in the company’s systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter, verify, and update data in company databases and systems with a high level of accuracy.Review and correct data discrepancies as needed.Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.Organize and manage physical and electronic files for easy retrieval.Generate reports and summaries from data as requested by management.Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Monitor and ensure timely completion of data entry tasks.
