job summary:
Randstad Technologies is looking for a Digital Program Manager to add to their Digital / E-commerce team. This role will be best filled by someone who has successful Program Manager experiences in delivering Programs level initiatives. Scrum Master and Scaled Agile or SAFe experiences are required as this role will work in partnership with the Release Train Engineer in a SAFe environment. This Program Management will be accountable for the successful delivery of the Digital Roadmap and operate as a strategic, additional, layer to manage: strategic prioritization, working across multiple teams internal and external, dependencies, resource planning, risk management, gap analysis, governance, reporting to Sr leadership, and future planning. location: Grand Rapids, Michiganjob type: Contractsalary: $65 - 85 per hourwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: No Degree Required responsibilities:Bachelor's Degree and at least 5+ years of project management experienceMinimum of one year of experience in a Scrum or Agile role, SAFe preferredMinimum 3 years of experience in a retail or digital environmentExperienced with blending Agile and Waterfall Program ManagementSelf-starter with strong communication, leadership, analysis, and problem-solving skillsExtensive experience in working with cross-functional teams and staff of all levelsAdvanced skills in Azure DevOps (VSTS work item management), Excel, PowerPoint, and VisioAbility to provide a high level of quality and productivity. qualifications:- Experience level: Experienced
