QualificationsStrong technical communication skillsExperience with Windows ecosystemUnderstanding of general software and hardware diagnostic processesAbility to learn and manage support incidents related to both hardware and software in a system of very large scope with numerous interfacesITIL, SAFe, Windows certifications, hardware certifications preferredPowerShell or other scripting experience preferredDutiesPrimary focus on incident resolution using BMC Helix ticketing systemDiagnose and resolve day-to-day issues with hardware, software, and user knowledgeDocument findings and maintain group knowledge base, adhering to established processesTrack and drive to resolution new and existing bugs or widespread problemsProvide root cause analysis and other reporting on operations and challengesWork with vendor technicians to address site issuesVacancy expired!
