- End to end ownership and accountability of the project success
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Manage the program/project governance effectively with leads/team
- Project reviews with leadership - internal and customer
- Project level risks/challenges track and report on monthly basis with key stakeholders
- Be part of monthly regional governance forums and track action items with leads on time closure
- Lead/collaborate on Project Governance activities for Steer-co and key leadership meetings with internal and customer leadership
- Continually review process adherence across all the regions
- Enable and engage stakeholders for strategic discussions.
- Lead Project & capacity Mgmt. Governance audits with leads - both internal and external requirements
- Provide delivery and new opportunity insights with Program Director and Delivery Manager.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Provide Delivery Updates to customer stakeholders on timely manner.
- Track, renew and extend the ongoing contracts.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Adherence to contractual commitments as agreed in MSA and SOW.
- Good understanding of Project Financials and key levers that influence profitability.
- Ensuring ramp-up/ramp-down of resources in a timely manner, control delivery issues and billing loss
- As a Project Manager, s/he is responsible for end to end project management for the assigned project - includes project planning, delivery, client interaction, trouble shooting, risk and issue management, managing project operational parameters and people management
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience with 5+ in Project Management.
- Candidate should have had prior experience as a Project manager or a Portfolio manager
- Experience in managing Multiple projects with onsite and offshore model.
- Should have any experience in any one of the integration technology ( Webmethods is preferred).
- Good in preparing / developing project schedules, estimation, establishing measures and milestones, definition, scoping, tracking etc.
- Knowledge of managing projects through use of processes like risk management, quality management, Issue & Scope change management
- Excellent communication inter-personal skills
- Excellent client facing/client service skills
- Extensive experience in client facing role with strong stakeholder relationship with executive leaders.
- Good understanding of the Project Operational parameters and drive them to align to organization norms.
- Align with the program director/Delivery Manager and client partners and to build winning solutions.
- Instrumental in Delivery Led Growth by scoping new opportunities within the accounts proactively.
- Team management (offshore and onsite).
