Stefanini Group is looking for a Sales Specialist, Retention with 100% remote option available. Supports the retention team in the East Region. This is a new position designed to give a 360 degree experience with the person assisting in multiple areas of the sales department. Responsibilities would include assisting with service issues, quotes/renewals, agent relations, group implementations, open enrollment meetings, group reporting and supporting the Sales Department while we migrate the THC book of business to the PH platform. If this person and the project is successful this could become a permanent position.
Essential FunctionsComplete competitive analysis document and provide to Manager for rate relief requests.Stand in for Account Managers when they are on PTO or in all day meetings.Present at Open Enrollment and Benefit/Wellness Fairs meetings as neededMaintain CPR spreadsheet and assist CPR filing and implementation.Serve as reporting SME for Client Service team including attendance at monthly reporting meetings, reporting back to team and gathering feedback.Serve as liaison with Sales Operations team.Request Adhoc reporting, disruption reports and geo-access reports.Provide escalated group/member/agent service assistance including provider contracting requests, prior authorizations, grievances, status checks, etc.Serve as Client Service Marketing liaison in support of service activities (presentations, finalist meeting preparations, agent/group communication needs, marketing material needs, etc.)Serve as a Client Service information resource (sales bulletins, product updates, etc.)Assist Mgr. Client Service with book of business reporting including MBR, at risk list, etc.Compile UW Notes for monthly Renewal block review.Key Account support as needed- Run reports in Mede and Business Objects; CPRs; Review Schedules of Copays/Riders prior to their posting in the member accounts.
