A Java/AEM Software Engineer job in Grand Rapids, MI is available courtesy of Modis. The Software Engineer develops, tests, maintains and enhances business applications as a member of an Agile or Operations development team, and works with the entire team to ensure development conforms to acceptance criteria. This development is focused on rebuilding the organizations and other digital properties using Adobe Experience Manager. Java is the primary language used to write the backend software for AEM components. The Java/AEM Software Engineer will work with business product owners, developers and quality analysts to drive value delivery and participate I all phases of Agile software development.
Java/AEM Software Engineer job responsibilities include: • Code, test and implement programs; develop system documentation according to SAFe Agile principles and industry standards • Perform unit tests, monitors results and takes required corrective actions • Optimizes and enhances applications and interfaces to meet SLA/functional requirements • Provide technical consultation in new systems development, new package system evaluations and enhancement of existing systemsQUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelors Degree or years of experience will be considered over education • Minimum 2 years of UI development experience with ReactJS/ES6 Javascript and CSS preprocessors • Minimum 1 year of AEM 6 experience • 2+ years Java development and familiarity of the OSGi Framework and Maven build toolsIf you are interested in this Java/AEM Software Engineer job in Grand Rapids, MI then please click APPLY NOW.
