Local retirement apartment community looking for a full time Maintenance Technician.
We are looking for someone that is experienced in apartment or condo maintenance, one who can work independently and follow a list, someone who reliable, responsible & trustworthy.
You will be responsible for apartment maintenance, unit turns, ordering, working with & scheduling contractors.
Starting wage is between $16 - $18 per hour based on years of experience.
