METRO EMPIRE is looking for safe, courteous minivan drivers.Requirements:
Must be available 24/7 for trips. This is a full-time / on-call positionMust answer phone calls or texts 24/7Must have a dependable smart phone and chargerMust have a valid driver’s licenseMust be able to read, write, and speak in EnglishMust be able to pass a drug test, background check, and driving performance testJob Duties:
Drivers are on-call 24/7 to pick up railroad crews.Drivers are responsible for safely transporting crew members to their destination.Drivers must operate company vehicles in a safe manner.Drivers must depart home within 15 minutes of being dispatched.Drivers must wait for crew members when necessary (could be minutes or hours).Driver Pay:
Drivers are paid per mile and per minute waited (during trips).Drivers are considered W2 workers and have taxes taken out each week.Drivers are paid weekly by Direct Deposit.Application:
