Position: IT Project Manager

Location: Jackson, MI/ Remote Until the Pandemic is over

Duration: 6 Months Contract with possible Extension.

Duties:
  • The Agile Project Manager is responsible for delivering one or more projects within IT along with smaller efforts called Enhancements.
  • The two efforts we are targeting for this engagement are the JDMS Project (Job Description Management System) with is part of our effort called Career and Reward Framework, along with the EICP Replacement Project (Employee Incentive Compensation Program).

Skills:
  • Required Experience with both Clarity, and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong communication skills in working with Upper Management is a must.
  • The ability to work well with project managers and a wide range of stakeholders is required.
  • Strong experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Keeping efforts on Scope and Delivery Dates is key while building a relationship with Business Partners.

Keywords:

Education: Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field PMI/Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Must have advanced Agile certification (cannot have just entry level CSM/PSM)
