A strong background in TCP/IP and UDP with switching and firewall equipment is preferred. Network equipment patching and upgrades Provide 2 nd level support for Network incidents and task requests. experience with Cisco, Juniper switches and routers is preferred. Create, update and document system processes and tasks as required. Work closely with network engineers, systems administrators and network engineers regarding technology and hardware upgrades. Work Closely with Wireless technology groups to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
