Manpower knows how and where to get you where you want to go. The successful candidate will assume professional responsibilities within the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) compliance group. Primary responsibilities will include optimizing cleaning processes, updating cleaning and related documentation, and maintaining alignment with cleaning validation activities for their assigned manufacturing areas. In addition, the candidate must interface regularly with customer and regulatory auditors and support evolving compliance programs within the API area.

Summary of role:

  • Technical Writing of these "Microbial Contamination and Containment Strategy" documents for all API manufacturing equipment
  • Develop written documents SOP's (30 - 50+ projects)
  • Able to , create, document and provide detailed instructions to team
  • Investigate deviations that occur on the manufacturing floor. Performs root-cause analysis and identifies appropriate, effective corrective actions. Implements corrective actions in conjunction with the appropriate enabling groups, i.e. engineering, maintenance, quality, validation, environmental health and safety
  • Support API wide compliance initiatives.

Are you interested? The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:

  • BA/BS plus a minimum of 3 years experience (Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Science)
  • SAP experience
  • Experience in a pharmaceuticals or in other regulated industries manufacturing environments, such as petrochemical, food products, organic chemistry.
  • Experience in handling and manufacturing of chemical intermediates, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients/Drug Substances, and/or Chemical Processing.
  • Previous experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Drug Substance Manufacturing, and/or Chemical Processing highly desired, but not required.
