- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and significant progress towards Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a technical, science or engineering field
- Good communication skills across a diverse set of colleagues
- Strong attention to detail
- Training/understanding of basic refrigeration system operation
- Physical Demands: lifting/lowering up to 35 pounds; reaching; standing/walking/stooping/crawling. May be on feet for hours at a time.
- Work Environment: Colleague must work near moving mechanical parts. Use of eye, foot & hand protection, and protective garments is required. Handling of materials in ultra-low temperatures.
