Location: Kalamazoo (Charter Township), MI Description: The Judge Group is seeking a Plant Reliability Engineer for a long term contract opportunity.
This job will have the following responsibilities:- Providing the technical program leadership and implementation activities to maximize the maintenance related uptime and operating efficiencies of equipment and facility assets.
- Provides technical assistance to maintenance engineers, technicians and production operations
- Promotes the use of Reliability Engineering concepts and tools to the Engineering and Operations departments
- Provides maintenance/engineering leadership related to reliability engineering programs in support of preventive maintenance, maintenance strategy and continuous improvement, capital project design selection, equipment standards, equipment operations and change control.
- Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Engineering or related field
- CMRP and/or CRE certification
- Nine plus years related maintenance reliability engineering experience, project engineering in pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Experience and understanding of industry, equipment and technology principles, theories and practices. Knowledge and experience with leadership principles and continuous improvement change implementation.
- Experience with Life Cycle Cost Modeling, Equipment Criticality Ranking, FMEA, PM/PdM Optimization, and Root Cause Failure Analysis.
