Our client is looking to add a Rhapsody Developer to their long team for a long term remote project. The Developer/Lead will support and complete the tasks necessary to design and implement a methodology to enable the program to track the transmission of messages and provide additional related services supporting in the interfaces for systems. Technical Architect/Team Lead will work under the direction of Customer Services, and cross matrix teams to support and complete the tasks necessary for the technical team. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Responsible for overall system design Review and approve system design for new use cases Responsible for overall code and configuration Review and approve code deliverables Coach and mentor developers Code of applications, interfaces, modules, components and reports Complete testing plan and checklists Produce requested Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) deliverables Complete transition and maintenance plans to enable state staff to maintain applications, code, interfaces, modules, components and reports. Perform knowledge transfer to state staff Create technical documentation Follow configuration management processes implemented Required technical and health care IT skills: Java or Java script programming SQL XML HL7 version 2.x messaging HL7 FHIR Implementing solutions based on Implementation Guides Desired Rhapsody skills including: Using latest Orion Health Rhapsody Integration Engine (6.x) Using Rhapsody Developer Kit (RDK) to create custom filters, mappers, etc. Custom message payload translation from one format (e.g., JSON, XML, HL7) to a different format (e.g. proprietary/legacy format) Experience using web services, SOAP, REST, OAUTH, TCP-connections, LLP, etc.
