What does a great Account Manager do?The Authenticare Account Manager (AM) thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in your day-to-day responsibilities. The AM is passionate about establishing and maintaining strategic and trusted advisor status with our clients by applying thorough understanding of the AuthentiCare product, platform, operational areas and processes to provide the highest level of client support.In this role you will:Serve as primary Point of Contact for EVV clients and build long-term relationships with clients

Maintaining a thorough understanding of Fiserv’s products, platforms, systems, and operational areas and processes

Organizing and managing client communications, including status calls with States, and provide ongoing support for the client relationship and FDGS Team through both remote support and on-site client visits

Identifying opportunities to proactively respond to client needs, growing revenue through the selling of product enhancements

Building and maintaining partnerships with other client support teams to drive operational excellence and achieve the service expectations of the Clients.

Supporting internal activities related to strategic Client projects, account integrity and overall initiatives.

Responding to needs, questions and issues as they arise and identifies systemic and client-impacting trends, escalating through proper channels of leadership, utilizing email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing and in person meetings

Preparing regular account status updates, communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders

Reporting on all appropriate delivery and financial metrics for executive management, forecasting and tracking key account metrics

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience

5+ years of applicable experience in a customer-facing role, engaged in business development and customer relationship management

Demonstrated record of penetrating accounts and building relationships with client and internal executives and stakeholders of all levels with integrity, reliability and maturity

A team player attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills to include facilitation, influencing, conflict resolution, negotiation, and closing skills

Capability and willingness to embrace change and quickly adapt to shifts in direction and priorities

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

Excellent listening, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Ability to make complex decisions and recommendations under limited direction and using high degree of initiative and independent judgment

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:Experience supporting large-scale public sector Health & Human Services information technology modernization projects

Travel required:Occasional travel likely once as COVID-related restrictions lifted (project kick-offs, etc)
