- Support all aspects of projects, monitor and summarize progress of project
- Coordinate internally and with third party vendors
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Track and measure project performance
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical project documentation
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, process maps and other project artifacts
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Proven working experience in project management
- Fluent in all phases of standard project management
- Experience in Information Technology
- Highly Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Proven working experience in MS Project, VISIO and SharePoint
- Ability to manipulate data and format charts & graphs in standard business tools
- Ability to proactively identify and track potential issue & risks
- Ability to identify key data-points to produce ad-hoc reports
- Ability to independently synthesize, structure and solve problems
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Experience directly managing large-scale technology projects a plus
- PMO experience a plus
- Experience administering Information Technology in large organizations a plus
