IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide. Our client is looking for a Technical Systems Analyst to be responsible for providing technical support for COTS (Custom Off the Shelf) packages implemented for the management agency of the department.
Tasks:- Perform system analyst assignments including but not limited to gathering requirements, planning and analyzing, designing, testing, implementing, documenting and maintenance of complex client server and web-based applications.
- May also troubleshoot and manage applications using the following tools: MS SQL Management Studio, Dynatrace, XML, Web Services, MS Power Apps, MS Power BI, MS Dynamics, Remedy, MS SharePoint, MS Visio and other technical software as required.
- Maintain customer COTS/SAAS applications
- Experience maintaining Custom off the Shelf (COTS) applications.
- Extensive experience with networks, firewalls, network architecture including diagraming, remediating vulnerabilities
- Experience with basic application Support
- Prior experience with advanced Technical Customer Service
- Ability and drive to research and learn continuously with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of NIST security controls and various computer languages
- Troubleshooting and application management experience using MS SQL Management Studio
- Troubleshooting and application management experience using Dynatrace, XML, Web Services
- Troubleshooting and application management experience using MS Power Apps, MS Power BI, MS Dynamics
- Troubleshooting and application management experience using MS Visio and other technical software as required.
