The technical writer is responsible for developing and maintaining technical manuals, reference guides and process documentation for Agency Services supporting MDHHS. These activities provide awareness and clear communication of the processes. Having a well written and understood document reduces time and costs by reducing time throughout the SDLC, reducing time responding to change control audits, and speeding up the time to train and onboard staff, enabling them to contribute sooner.
