Our client is in immediate need for a talented
“Voice Engineer”; with experience in the IT Industry. This is a 12+ Months Contract and is located in “Lansing, MI”. Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested. This requirement is open for Remote work till offices are closed due to COVID Situation Required Skills:- Must have a strong experience on Avaya Unified communication & contact center products.
- Good understanding of Avaya/CUCM architecture and design.
- Proficient in installation and configuration of Avaya/CUCM Systems.
- Hands on experience with Avaya servers such as S8300, S8410, S8500, S8700 and S8800 servers.
- Installation, Configuration, Upgrade & Troubleshooting of G 450/G650 Gateways.
- Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of CLAN, Medpro, IPSI, Analog and Digital cards. Interfaces, T1, E1, PRI, QSIG, and analog trunking.
- Experience and knowledge of Telephony protocols (VOIP, SIP, H.323) .
- Good hands on experience on Avaya SM/SMGR.
