Job Details

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar
Excellent verbal and written communication
5+ years of experience in a helpdesk position
Experience with Service Desk
Experience with Microsoft technologies, PC's, and Mac's
Experience with Zoom
Experience with level 1/2 tier support
Experience with recording, tracking, and documenting IT escalations
IT Certifications are a bonus
