Broad Function and Purpose of Position: Responsible for assistance in product development, testing and laboratory housekeeping for automotive and industry market. Perform laboratory testing, collect data, record results and follow safety protocols and established procedures.Specific Responsibilities:Compound formulation and products per instruction givenTest laboratory samples, production samples and raw materials.Work on minor projects, testing plan, with minimum supervision.Keep accurate records of all formulations and test results, generating reports and flagging any abnormalitiesPrepare reports or memos on assigned tasks or projects.Maintain the laboratory equipment in good operating conditions.Maintain assigned work areas and community work areas clean and tidy, following 5S and safety guidelines.Order raw materials and laboratory supplies as assigned.Store away raw materials, retains, and reference samples in designated areas.Adherer to all safety guidelines and procedures, follow standard procedures for equipment including use of proper PPEAttend all company provided training programs.
