Tech Support Analyst in Auburn, MI
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Tech Support Tester role for one of our top clients who is based in Auburn, MI.This is an open ended contract that includes benefits; manager is open to this being a fully remote role. - This role will be supporting an Azure hosted virtual desktop platform for thousands of virtual desktop computers.
- Automate task improving the user experience as well as optimize the virtual desktop platform are key responsibilities of this role.
- Duties include building automated reports, validating the integrity of the report data, designing, developing, and building key automated task to optimize the service.
- Proactive finding root causes of critical problems and using automation to monitor and prevent them.
- Improving automated processes, managing current automated processes, the lifecycle of the virtual machine, and improving the overall experience for the user and quality of the service.
- PowerShell, Active Directory, Virtual Desktops administration and Azure skills are key to being successful in this role.
