The role focuses on utilizing the Microsoft System Center Configuration Management (SCCM) product for software, device, deployment, infrastructure and platform management. The desired work location is in Midland, MI. Responsibilities:
- Organizes, schedules, and delivers global deployments of software applications
- Manages deployment of all operating system patches, critical updates and feature updates
- Creates logical groups of users and devices (collections)
- Provides client support, troubleshooting, technical issue resolution and root cause analysis
- Configures operating system deployment tasks and components
- Designs and develops device configuration settings
- Participates in after-hours support schedule
- Partners with application teams to ensure business software is tested and follows release management guidelines
- Coordinates with packaging teams to deliver a productive, consistent, and reliable employee experience when utilizing a workstation
- Utilizes scripting languages (PowerShell, VBScript) to automate processes and activities (Desirable)
- Monitors the health and performs periodic platform upgrades of the SCCM hierarchy
- Documents or revises user remediation and technical process and procedures
- Designs and creates custom dashboards and reports based on functional requirements (Desirable)
- Builds queries utilizing SQL and WQL (Desirable)
- Perform other duties as assigned

- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- SCCM deployment and infrastructure knowledge including troubleshooting, and implementation experience
- Experience with Windows desktop and server operating system platform administration, configuration, and support
- Experience with monitoring of ticketing system, prioritizing problems, supporting projects, and supporting enterprise level infrastructure
- Experience installing, patching/maintaining, and troubleshooting applications and operating systems
- Proficiency in software development and/or scripting languages (Desirable)
- Moderate understanding of network infrastructure, desktop virtualization, and IT security
