Job Description:

This is a Hybrid position Administration of change process for cross functional system configuration settings and control data elements of the JDE integrated ERP system, which is used in all of our client's Branded manufacturing facilities, as well as AP, AR, fixed assets, procurement, general ledger, and other modules. Position is not technically difficult, but attention to detail is critical since mistakes with the configuration settings and control data elements can have a significant, detrimental impact to the ERP system and therefore, the Business's ability to function.

Key Responsibilities (Other Duties as Assigned):
  • Complete requested AP Vendor setups and updates accurately and timely to meet check-run deadlines. Work must be completed following an established process and employee will be required to push back on the requester if there are questions and escalate to teammates as needed.
  • Process ERP configuration and data control requests for Business Leads obtaining proper approvals and following established processes. Requests from project teams will be handled by teammates.
  • Process user provisioning requests, obtaining the proper approvals and following established processes.
  • Process requests coming from ServiceNow tickets. These could be terminations, SOM role setups, general questions, etc. Employee will be expected to process requests in a timely & accurate manner and escalate to teammates when appropriate.
  • Run integrity reports following project promotions (PSTAT, Integrity, etc.). Save and/or email to responsible parties per process. Little to no analysis required.
  • Administrative activities (i.e. team meetings, meetings with requesters to gain clarity on request, etc.).

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or related field with 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office
