Job Description:The Senior HRIS Analyst Role - BENEFITS and ABSENCE will be a subject matter expert for HR systems and tools. This role will have specific responsibility for Benefits and Absence and act as subject matter expert and provide functional support for Workday configuration and collaborate with functional and technical staff. Responsible to lead and/or participate in the implementation, support, and maintenance of the Human Resources information systems. Ensure data integrity and effective HR system utilization, and focus on data analysis, system administration, process improvement and data insights to meet the company’s organizational and operational business needs. Serve as a technical lead and point-of-contact and provide project management regarding system upgrades, patches, testing and other projects as assigned. Collaborate with the Benefits, HRIS, HR and Payroll teams.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field with 4-6 years of related experience including 1-3 years of supervisory/leadership experience on project based work
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Workday practices
  • SME in the following Workday areas: HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Reporting.
  • Knowledgeable in Benefits, Payroll and HR processes and data
  • Knowledge of database design, structure, functions, processes, and database tools
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using reporting functions and using report writing tools
  • Strong customer service skills; excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Travel Required: 10%
