Project Manager:
Arnold's Home Improvement has been in the remodeling business for over 28 years providing our customers with quality customer service, workmanship, and products. Due to extensive growth, we are looking for the right individual with experience in managing home improvement crews in all aspects of home remodeling and home improvements. This individual will have expertise in at least one or more of the following: Roofing, Siding, Windows/Doors, Bathrooms and Kitchens.
You must be proficient with MS word and excel. Superior customer service skills and the ability to get along extremely well with others is required.
Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Visiting all current ongoing jobs.
Driving to and from each job site every day.
Attending weekly meeting on production and payroll.
Monitoring all jobs that are sold.
Double-checking all measurements and labor to make sure they are aligned with company policy.
Completing all necessary paperwork in a timely fashion to make sure job timelines are kept.
Managing crews and make sure that all work is being completed to industry standards ,as well as the company standard.
Must be able to drive tandem axle trailers.
This position requires working 50+ hours per week, typically from 7am-6pm Mon-Fri, and occasional evenings and/or weekends as needed.
