Manpower is currently seeking a Dispatcher to work for our client in Carleton. This is a full-time position working second shift, 3:15pm-11:45pm. Pay rate is $20.25 per hour.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising drivers, pick-up, and delivery of customer loads as well as:
- Overseeing daily routing.
- Updating customer websites.
- Creating and distributing daily shift reports.
- Providing route instructions to drivers.
- Participating in the driver orientation process.
- Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least three years of transportation dispatch experience.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and McLeod.
- Proficiency with CSA and hours of service.
- Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership ability.
