This person is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with menu development, maintaining food costs, ordering food and supplies, kitchen maintenance schedule, organizing and keeping a clean kitchen, and assisting in the hiring and firing of BOH employees. Communication is extremely important. You will be leading the line on the busier nights, expediting, and working the line alone. Creating a prep list and prepping. Must be willing to do anything that needs to be done in the kitchen from dishes to mopping floors.

The Boyne River Inn is the oldest pub/restaurant in Boyne City. We purchased it in March of 2018 and opened June. Looking for someone who is creative and enjoys coming up with specials, soups and brunch items.
