JMI Reports is looking for a highly motivated person to complete Property Insurance Surveys in Cadillac and surrounding area.
Some other available areas for experienced reporters - please fill out a profile if interested.
Set your own schedule and work capacity with the flexibility of this Independent Contractor role. You will get to work indoors and outdoors, completing insurance surveys on residential, commercial, and agribusiness properties. No selling required.
Responsibilities include:
Driving to properties in your area
Taking digital photographs (from the ground, no ladders)
Proper identification of condition and hazards
Measuring the exterior of structures
Completing reports on time
Free online training is provided for all survey types to help you succeed and be profitable. Our most successful reps are well organized, self-motivated and detail oriented. The average person completes training and is working in one week.
We pay weekly based on an established fee structure. Pay will vary based on the type and scope of surveys completed.
