Job Description
- Develop radar-based Driver Assistance functions such as Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), Blind Spot Detection (BSD) and additional ADAS functions
- Configure embedded radar software to meet customer requirements, including CAN and diagnostic specifications
- Adapt existing Bosch radar technologies to new use cases and markets
- Participate in an agile software development cycle according the V-model
- Help create and/or analyze customer requirements
- Assist in effort estimation and customer presentations for ADAS features and products
- Understand and implement and/or modify software features in C/C code bases
- Support project validation with code reviews, SIL, HIL, vehicle, module, and bench testing methods as necessary. Support vehicle testing and occasional test trips.
- Interface with customers to support acquisition, debugging, and other project activities
- Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to share knowledge, domestic and abroad
- Participate in internal innovation projects to explore new business areas and products

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
- Academic or industry experience in software, application, or calibration.
- Must have C experience. Experience with C preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience with ECU base software development (CAN, UDS) strongly preferred
- Experience with Vector CAN tools (CANalyzer, CANape, CANoe, etc.)
- Experience with automotive radar sensors
- Experience with Driver Assistance or ADAS functions
